Martingale collars do not come with a side-release buckle; they slide over your dog's head; therefore, the collar must be large enough at its maximum adjustable size to slide over the widest part of your dog's head.

Please note: Martingale collars should never be left on dogs without supervision and never be left on a crated dog.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return results from our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) As a general rule, we cannot accept returns on such products as products marked as “Clearance" or special orders, including custom engraving. A copy of your invoice must accompany all returns. We will not be responsible for return shipping costs. Ship products back to us via USPS, UPS, or Federal Express.
