Included is a removable deflector to help get DE on the bottoms of plants too. The easy-to-turn handle sifts any powder into a column of moving air, which assures even, thorough coverage. Leave no stone unturned when going after fleas and ticks. They hide everywhere. We do not ship this product internationally.
