How do I create an account?
 

Creating an account.

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

How much is my shipping?
 

Shipping Costs.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to you submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
 

Forgotten Password.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at 717-697-4758 within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
 

Return Policy.

We understand that there are occasions when a return or exchange may be necessary. Please measure & choose wisely when ordering to avoid the extra return charges. If you are not completely delighted with your purchase please follow the guidelines below:

Exchanges - must be made within 10 days of receipt of your merchandise. Ordered the wrong size or color? Simply place an order online for the correct item (s) and return the item (s) that you don't want in their original condition (Email [email protected]) for return instructions & address). We'll credit your card for the returned items per our return policy.

Refused Orders - Refusal of an item delivered by UPS, DHL, FEDEX, USPS, or common carrier - credit will be issued for the item less shipping charges both ways and less a 20% re-stocking fee. Your credit will be issued once the item has been returned & inspected by us.

Returns - must be made within 10 days of receipt of your merchandise. Only merchandise that is unused - no dog hairs on the item, odors, or dirt and in original condition, box and packaging may be returned. Returns with Pet hair that are deemed acceptable will have a 20% deduction from refund. Credit will not be issued for the return of used merchandise. Custom orders, toys, and treats are not returnable.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend insuring the product for the full product value. Customer must provide tracking with proof of delivery, USPS offers a delivery confirmation option, UPS/FEDEX will automatically give you a tracking number. Dogs Wiggles and Grins is not responsible for lost or undelivered products. Once the item to be returned has a tracking number, email [email protected] for us to be able to track it.

PET BEDS & BLANKET returns - Health regulations do not allow the exchange or return of these products except for manufacturer defects.

For returns of an item that may be damaged due to a factory defect (these are very uncommon), we will ship a replacement after receipt of your damaged item at no additional cost to you.

If you would like to return an item please let us know via email at [email protected]. We will send you a reply with return instructions. Please do not return merchandise without first contacting Dogs Wiggles and Grins. We do not accept returns after 15 days.

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
