Quality Product and Excellent Service May 9, 2016

Toni was a God send.  I was at my wits end. She offered advice that I would have to pay a personal trainer to obtain.  Excellent customer service. I had purchased several of the plastic crate pans that my dog destroyed which equal 3x what  I paid for the steel pan and no shipping cost "to boot"  Thanks Toni for all your help.  I'm very pleased with the product.

Crates/kennels are important, and big dogs quickly wear out plastic trays.  These steel trays are the answer.  They last, clean easily, and don't split.  They're great.

My dog crate came with a plastic pan.  I left my dog for two hours, and he chewed up the plastic and ate some of it.  I have been searching to find a metal pan.  I found one at Dogs Wiggles and Grins.  The fit was perfect and very affordable.  The customer service was also excellent.  I am not too good on the computer, but Toni talked me through it.  She also gave me some very good advice in training my puppy.  Thank you, again!
