We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return results from our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) As a general rule, we cannot accept returns on such products as products marked as “Clearance" or special orders, including custom engraving. A copy of your invoice must accompany all returns. We will not be responsible for return shipping costs. Ship products back to us via USPS, UPS, or Federal Express. RESTOCKING FEE: 25% fee on items approved for return that do not meet the criteria for a full refund.
